Lake Anna Plumbing is the evolution of a lifelong trade — built on skill, integrity, and a deep respect for the work. Owner and master plumber Bernie Cogar began his plumbing journey at just 11 years old. By 18, he was already learning from seasoned pros in the field — including his older brother — and building the foundation for what would become a decades-long career.

In 1993, Bernie launched Cogar Plumbing, driven by a simple promise: deliver honest, high-quality plumbing to the people of Virginia. Today, that same mission continues under the name Lake Anna Plumbing, serving homeowners, businesses, and property managers throughout Lake Anna, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and beyond.
